I am interested in speaking engagements and am accepting research collaboration suggestions. I am currently working on many projects and have experience with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods design. I am developing a specialization in participatory action research design.
My primary research agenda involves peer-support delivery within the diabetes community. I am open to discussing any and all opportunities.

NOW: I am a PhD student in the disability studies program at University of Illinois, Chicago. I am currently studying the effects of online health community participation within a participatory community research framework. While earning my graduate degree, I am working as a programs assistant at DiabetesSisters.
PAST: I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2012 with a degree in East Asian Religion and Philosophy. While a student at Cal, I developed a curriculum and facilitated a semester long course for other Cal students on coping mechanisms.
